Reservations, Payments, and Cancellations

• Flexible Cancellation: We offer free cancellation for all bookings up until your arrival date.

• No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your reservation without notifying us, your booking may be released/canceled by New Western Inn & Suites.

• Card on File: A valid credit card is required at check-in to be kept on file for room charges and potential incidental damages.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Standard check-in begins on day of your reservation at 3:00 PM.

• Check-Out Time: Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Early Check In: We do offer early check in times, please contact us to confirm your check in time.

• Requirements: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.

 
Complimentary Amenities & Parking

• Free Wi-Fi & Cable: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided in all guest rooms.

• Free Continental Breakfast: We provide a light continental breakfast from 6 AM - 10:30 AM

• On-Site Parking: Free guest parking is available directly out front and on the east side of the building.

 
Guest Conduct & Quiet Hours

• We ask all guests to remain thoughtful and respectful of other guests while moving through the hallways and lobby.

Pet Policy - Pet-Friendly Property

• Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $15 per pet, per stay will be added to your bill.

• Service Animals: Legally recognized service animals stay free of charge in compliance with federal guidelines.

• Pet Damage Fee: Guests are responsible for their pets. A $200 deep-cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file if a pet causes physical damage or leaves excessive messes in the room.
   

Smoke-Free Policy

• Indoor Policy: Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor common areas.

• Designated Smoking Area: Smoking is permitted outdoors only within our designated outdoor smoking area.

• Smoking Penalty: A $300 cleaning and restoration fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
